Eclipse Party

April 8 @ 1:00 pm

On Monday, April 8, 124 miles of Ohio will experience a total eclipse of the sun. Lucky for us that Delaware County will have approximately two and a half minutes of total eclipse and several hours of partial eclipse. Especially, since the last total solar eclipse visible in Ohio was in 1806 and the next one won’t occur until 2099. We can’t pass up the opportunity to celebrate and (safely) observe this rare condition. Join us at our eclipse watch party starting at 1 p.m. The partial eclipse should begin just before 2 p.m. with the total eclipse beginning approximately 3:11 p.m. We’ll be at Wendy’s, 2065 US Hwy 23 N, Delaware. Eat lunch and socialize with us and then watch the eclipse. Eclipse trivia with prizes! We have a limited number of eclipse sunglasses available – please bring your own, if you can. The event is free but register to reserve your spot: https://www.locallevelevents.com/events/details/21017.
